Each course has a different set of requirements for enrollment. Candidates for admission to MBBS and BDS degree programmes are those who have completed their 10+2 in the science stream from an accredited board and have achieved a qualifying score on the NEET-UG exam.

Similar to this, passing 10+2 with at least 50% of the required marks is required to enrol in the BPT programme. Candidates for the B.Sc. in Nursing programme must have completed their 10+2 Medical coursework with at least 45% (45% for SC/ST candidates) overall marks and English as a required subject.

Students who have completed 10+2 and GNM are eligible for the Post Basic/ Nursing programme, and applicants who have completed 10+2 Medical or Non-Medical are eligible for the B.Sc. in MRI/ CT Tech programme.

Passing the 10+2 exam in any pertinent specialisation from a recognised Board is the minimum eligibility requirement for all other B.Sc. disciplines. Candidates for admission to the B.Pharm programme must have completed their 10+2 coursework in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and Biotechnology with at least 40% (or 35% for SC/ST candidates) of the total possible points.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline from an AICTE-approved university is the minimum requirement for the BLISc programme.

While admission to BPT, B.Sc., and BLISc programmes is given based on inter-se merit and to B.Pharm courses is given based on candidate's merit in the qualifying exam and the entrance test conducted by the University, admission to MBBS and BDS programmes is given through NEET-UG conducted by CBSE.

Adesh University PG Admission:

Adesh University offers programmes in MS, MD, M.Sc., Pharma D, MBA, and MLISc as part of its curriculum. The MS and MD programmes last for three years, the Pharma D programme for six years, the M.Sc. and MBA programmes for two years, and the MLISc programme for one year.

Candidates for the MD and MS programmes must have completed the MBBS or have an equivalent degree with permanent registration with MCI.

Candidates for admission to the Pharm. D. programme must have completed the HSC with Physics and Chemistry as required subjects and Biology or Mathematics as an optional subject. The BLISc degree is a requirement for enrollment in the MLISc programme.

Similar to this, candidates for M.Sc. in Lab Tech courses must have completed B.Sc. in Lab Tech, while candidates for M.Sc. in Nursing courses must have completed B.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc. Hons. Nursing, or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with at least 55% overall.

The medical college provides placement to students in the medical network. They have a hospital there called Adesh Hospital where night shift workers, resident doctors, and paramedical jobs can be found. Students may also participate in internships that pay them a stipend. Adesh University is spread over the area of 100 acres and academic buildings are spread over an area of 40 acres. Along with this, there is a sizable, air-conditioned auditorium and two examination rooms, totaling 500 square metres, with a capacity for 500 students. Some of the other facilities are described below:

• Library: The university has a large, centrally located, air-conditioned library with four reading rooms. The library consists of 13,502 books with more than 200 national & international journals. Also, the library has subscription 1,349 e-journals. Computers, along with internet facilities are provided to both students and teaching staff.
• Hostel: The university provides hostel facilities with 144 rooms available for boys and 244 rooms for girls separately. Hostel rooms provide facilities like cupboards, separate study rooms with the connectivity of computers and internet, comfortable beds, bathrooms & attached toilet facilities. Adesh medical college hostels are situated inside the Bathinda campus. AIMSR hostel rooms are available on the basis of sharing. One hostel room can accommodate 3 persons. There are 144 rooms available for boys and the remaining 244 rooms are available for girls separately. The hostel can accommodate nearly 600 students. All students need to follow the college hostel rules as per the management.
• Sports: It also offers various kinds of outdoor and indoor sports activities for improving the physical health of students.
• Canteen: The University college offers three canteens and one mess facility for the benefit of the students, staff & the patients.
