Dr. K. R. Paramahamsa oversaw the establishment of AMC Engineering College, also known as AMCEC, in 1993. AMCEC is a sprawling 52-acre green campus. It is associated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and has the approval of the Indian government's All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The NBA and NAAC have accredited its courses.

The institute offers Ph.D., MBA, and MCA courses in addition to nine specialisations for Bachelor of Engineering and eight specialisations for Master of Technology. All course admissions are determined by entrance. The JEE, COMDEDK, KCET, KPGCET, GATE, and KMAT/XAT/CAT/CMAT/GMAT entrance scores are accepted. You can access the application online.

AMC Engineering College Admissions

Bangalore's AMC Engineering College (AMCEC) was established in 1999 under the auspices of the Paramhansa Foundation Trust. The college is connected to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and has AICTE approval.

At the moment, AMCEC admits students into thirteen academic degree programs at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate levels. At AMCEC, admission to students from other countries or states is also an option. There are MBA courses available.

A PCM requirement of 45% aggregate (total and individual) is necessary for admission to B.E. Additionally, students are eligible to apply if they are in their final year or have passed the second PUC. To be admitted to the B.E. program, they have to meet the requirements of JEE, COMEDK, UGET, or KCET.

AMCEC requires applicants for MBA admission to have at least 50% in any bachelor's degree. For admission, they must also pass one of the exams, such as the KMAT, MAT, GMAT, CMAT, XAT, etc.

Only in-state students are eligible for scholarships, which are awarded based on their academic standing. Foreign applicants or students from other states are not eligible to apply for any scholarships.

AMCEC Postgraduate Admission Process

KPGCET

Students who want to apply for MBA programs take the Karnataka Postgraduate Common Entrance Test. For the general category, there is an application fee of INR 650. The information needed for the KPGCET is provided in the following section.

The institute's placement record is excellent. In all, 91 students from PG courses and 486 students from B.E. courses were placed in. In , the largest placement package was INR 12 lakhs.

Hostel: There are 200 beds available for girls and 500 boys in the hostel. The hostel offers a variety of amenities, such as fully furnished rooms, a gym, CCTV, water supply available around-the-clock, and medical services.

Transportation: The institute provides drop-off and pick-up services to and from the college with its fleet of three buses. The institute's campus Transport Office is in charge of maintaining the transportation.
