Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham MBA Admission:

At the graduate level, Amrita University provides MBA programmes in a variety of specialities. M.Tech candidates must have either in the relevant field OR an MCA or M.Sc. in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or an equivalent degree with at least 60% in those subjects. Candidate for an MBA must have earned a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with at least a 50% grade point average.

GATE scores are used to select students for the program. Admission for non-GATE eligible candidates will be based on prior academic performance and performance in the performance phase of the personal interview. The university's placement cell manages a variety of training events. On average, students who are qualified and choose placements receive multiple employment offers. Enhancing industry-academia relationships through frequent visits, conversations with senior management, and support of faculty development programs, student visits, industrial training, and project guidance under the Corporate Action Plan all help to encourage placements. As part of their PG programs in 2019, a number of our students secured paid internships at prestigious organizations like Schlumberger, Microsoft, Intel, Daimler, etc. These six months to one year-long internships sometimes result in direct placements inside the host companies. The minimum offered for an internship was INR 5,000 and the maximum was INR 80,000 per month.
