The M.E. programme offers three specialisations: engineering design, computer science & engineering, and VLSI.
ARM CET PG Eligibility
The minimum requirements for both the MBA and M.E. are shown below.
Eligibility for MBA
Candidates must have earned at least 50% (45% for restricted categories) in any degree in order to apply for an MBA.
ARM CET PG Selection Criteria
- Based on their performance on the TANCET entrance exam, which is administered by Anna University, students are chosen for postgraduate programmes.
- To take this test, candidates must apply online at the TANCET website and pay INR 500 (INR 250 for reserved categories).
- Following the announcement of the results, a merit list with the names of all the eligible students will be created by the relevant authorities.
- In order to take part in the TANCET Counselling, these candidates must register online.
- Students must attend the counselling centre to have their documents verified after successfully registering.
- Following verification, they must complete the college and course selection form (ARM CET).
- Students will be assigned seats according to their rank and choices.
- Candidates who are happy with their allocation must report to the designated college to validate their seat and pay the necessary costs to secure it.
- Students that qualify for GATE do not have to take the TANCET. They are able to directly show up for the University's counselling process.

How to Apply for ARM College of Engineering & Technology
Students can fill out the online application form or download it from the official portal to apply for the ARM CET. The following are the easy to follow steps to apply:
- Go to the ARM College of Engineering and Technology's official website.
- Choose the "Application Download" or "Apply Online" options found under the Admission header.
- Fill out the form with accurate information now.
- Once completed, submit the downloaded application to the college or select the Apply tab.
NOTE: Students must apply independently on their own websites for both the TANCET Exam & Counselling and the TNEA Counselling.
