Undergraduate Programs Eligibility
The Institute offers three specialisations for its Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) programme and six specialisations for its Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) programme. Furthermore, individuals can apply for the institute's Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) programme. The minimum cumulative score of 50% is required for the Intermediate (10+2) qualifying level, which includes Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as required subjects. The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) results will be used to choose the candidates for B. Arch, while the marks from the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) will determine the candidates for B.E. and B. Tech.
Postgraduate Programs Eligibility
Candidates can choose from four specialisations in the Master of Engineering (M.E.) programme offered by AMACE. The institute provides MBA and MCA programmes in addition to M.E. programmes, depending on graduation results in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 50% overall. Candidates for the M.E. programme must pass the TANCET/GATE exam, and those seeking the MBA and MCA programmes must have a valid TANCET rank.

AMACE Admission
The Meenakshi Amman Trust founded the Arulmigu Meenakshi Amman College of Engineering in Thiruchirapalli in 1984. It is connected to Chennai's Anna University.

AMACE MBA Admission
Students are admitted to postgraduate courses at AMCAE via the state-level Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET), which is administered by Anna University. Tamil Nadu Common Admissions will handle the merit-based candidate counselling (TANCA).
Candidates must have a minimum of 50% in their B.Tech, B.E., MCA, or Master's degree in a science discipline to be admitted to the M.E. programme. Candidates for the MBA and MCA programmes must have completed a recognised bachelor's degree with at least 50% of the required coursework.

Key Points:
- Candidates must have earned a BCA or B.Sc. (IT/CS) with at least 50% of the possible points in order to be admitted to the direct second year of the MCA.
- Those who meet GATE requirements are exempt from taking the written entrance exam.
- Candidates must attend the TANCA 2021 procedure for document verification, seat assignment, and admission process confirmation after the counselling schedule is released.
- Candidates from the reserved categories will receive a 5% qualifying exam relaxation.
AMACE Application Process
Applicants must apply via the TANCET and TNEA official portals in order to be considered for admission to AMACE.
TANCET
- Candidates must register for TANCET with a working phone number, email address, and password.
- Enter your password and ID to log in, then fill out the required fields.
- Upload scanned copies of your signature and passport-sized photo.
- Pay the application fees (INR 250 for candidates in the reserved category and INR 500 for candidates in the general category).
- Application fees can be paid online using net banking or with debit or credit cards.
TNEA
- Candidates must select the "register" tab from the website's home page in order to apply for TNEA.
- Upon successfully completing the registration process, candidates are required to complete the personal and academic qualifying forms.
- Proceed to submit the application and pay the fees.
- Together with the physical copy of the completed application form, affix the self-attested copies of the following documents:
- Class 10th mark sheet
- Class 12th mark sheet
- Transfer certificate issued by school
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Nativity certificate
- Relevant certificates for the children of Ex servicemen/ freedom fighters.
- Create a print copy of the form and mail it to the address below.
