AVC College of Engineering Admission
Founded in 1996, A.V.C. College of Engineering (AVCCE) is a highly regarded engineering institution in the state of Tamil Nadu. One of the first self-financing institutions in the Nagapattinam area, it is affiliated with Anna University, Chennai, and offers seven B.E. courses, three M.E. courses, as well as MBA and MCA programmes. The Mechanical Engineering department can accept up to 72 students; 60 of those can be enrolled in the Information Technology programme, and the remaining 36 in the other B.E. programmes. Each course in the M.E. programme has 14 seats available for entry.
- The candidate needs to be a state resident of Tamil Nadu.
- Those seeking a B.E. or B. Tech. degree must complete their 10+2 coursework in a science stream, with PCM required.
- Candidates for M.E. programmes must hold an undergraduate engineering degree in a related field.
- Every applicant is required to show up for the counselling session that the university or institute, if relevant, conducts.
- Applicants must use TNEA to apply for B. Tech programmes; ME applicants may apply using their GATE score.
- TANCET candidates are given preference if a legitimate GATE score is not available, unless they are applying through management quota.
- The GATE score and a counselling process are used to choose candidates for the M.E. programme.
- It is necessary for candidates without a valid GATE score to take the TANCET exam.
- Candidates for B.E. and B.Tech programmes are chosen through TNEA counselling. The candidates who meet the requirements are given seats based on their TNEA test scores.
- Candidates for MBAs and MCAs are chosen based on their final qualifying exam scores.
- The corresponding application portals allow applicants to fill out and submit application forms online.
- Fees can be paid with a credit or debit card or using net banking.
- Those applying through offline mode must send copies of educational documents and a copy of fee payment receipt along with the completed application form.
- Reservation is granted in accordance with guidelines established by the Indian government and the government of Andhra Pradesh.

AVC College of Engineering encourages applications for a variety of postgraduate programmes based on a number of criteria, including physical health, the number of attempts made on the most recent qualifying exam, and graduation marks.
- Applicants may apply for direct admission if they have taken the GATE or TANCET.
- An M.Sc. or B.E. in the relevant field, or a B.Tech or B.E. degree, is required for admission to M.E. programmes.
- Applications for MBA courses are accepted from candidates with graduate degrees in any field.
- A bachelor's degree in the related field is required of MCA candidates.

Forms for applications can be completed online or offline. The application fee may be paid with a demand draft, credit/debit card, or net-banking. The postgraduate courses all have the same application process.
- Applicants must at least hold a bachelor's degree in order to be eligible to apply for any UG programme.
- Candidates must take TANCET if their GATE score is invalid.
- In order to be admitted to the MCA programme, individuals must To be eligible, you must have a B.Sc. in computer science, BCA, or B.Sc. in IT.
- Local candidates from Tamil Nadu state are given priority.
AVC Application Process
Applicants must register for TNEA counselling in order to be considered for undergraduate engineering courses at A V C College of Engineering. The application procedure is as follows:
- The candidate must register for the TNEA by providing their name, birthdate, gender, email address, mobile number, 12th standard registration number, and year of graduation.
- The candidate can fill out the online application form after their registration is approved.
- The application form must contain all necessary information, all of which must be accurate.
- The TNEA application cost can be paid online; it is Rs. 500 for general candidates and Rs. 250 for those in reserved categories.
- The completed application form should be printed out by the candidate for use in future correspondence.
- On or before June 3, 2021, a copy of the printed application from must be delivered to "Secretary, TNEA, Anna University, Chennai – 600 025," along with photocopies of the educational records.
