The late Dr.D. Jayavarthanavelu, past-chairman of Lakshmi Machine Works Limited (LMW), Coimbatore, founded the DJ Academy for Managerial Excellence (DJAME) in 2001 as a division of the GKD Charity Trust, Coimbatore. Step 1: Pick up an application form at the admissions office or download one from the institute's official website. Pay the 500 INR application fee.

Step 2: Candidates who have been shortlisted will be invited to GD and PI. Based on the candidates' marks in their 10th, 12th, and qualifying degree exams, their performance in the interview, any work experience they may have had, and their results on the Common Entrance Test, a merit list will be compiled. Library: The DJAME Library functions as a Learning Resources Center, supplying the intellectual needs of researchers, faculty members, and students. Using CMS software, it has completely computerized all of its housekeeping tasks. The library has a large collection with 7,560 books and 12,034 volumes.

Sports Center: The institute places a strong emphasis on physical activity and sports. The facility has all the necessary fitness gear for bodybuilding, weight loss, and developing and maintaining physical fitness. Cafeteria: During meal times, students are given South and North Indian food. About 100 students can fit in the roomy dining hall at once. High-quality, wholesome food is served in the cafeteria by Sodexo in hygienic conditions.
