    In 1998, the Dr. Sivanthi Aditanar College of Engineering (SACOE) was founded. Aditanar Educational Institutions is in charge of it. SACOE and Anna University are connected. It provides undergraduate B.Tech and B.E. courses as well as postgraduate M.E., M.Tech, and MBA courses. All courses require online applications to be submitted for admission.

    • To be admitted to the four-year B.E. programme, candidates must have completed their 10+2 in the science stream.

    SACOE MBA Admission

    Postgraduate M.E., M.Tech, and MBA courses are available at SACOE. Students are admitted to postgraduate studies via the TANCET, a state-level entrance exam administered by Anna University.

    Candidates must have a B.Tech or B.E degree with at least 50% of the required marks in order to be admitted to the M.E. and M.Tech programmes. Candidates from the reserved categories will receive a 5% relaxation. A passing grade of at least 50% (45% for students in reserved categories) in a relevant bachelor's degree with a minimum 3-year duration is the minimum qualification for the MBA programme.
    The two hours of the admission exam will be administered offline. It is necessary to submit applications offline. Forms are available for download on the official website. Following the entrance exam, a merit list will be posted on the official website and on campus.

    • Candidates with a valid GATE score must apply using the different forms meant for GATE-qualified applicants.
    • Those who meet GATE requirements are exempt from taking the written entrance exam.
    • Once the candidates' entrance exam scores have been normalised, the TANCET rank will be determined.
    • Tamil Nadu Common Admissions will handle the shortlisted candidates' counselling (TANCA).
    • Candidates must appear at the TANCA procedure for document verification, seat assignment, and admission process confirmation once the counselling schedule is made public.

    SACOE Admission Process

    Applicants may use the following procedures to apply for the MBA programmes:

    1. Only the official website may be used by candidates to submit their TANCET and TNEA applications.
    2. Candidates must register for TANCET with a working phone number, email address, and password.
    3. Complete the required fields and attach the scanned copies of your signature and passport-size photo.
    4. Pay the application cost by continuing. Candidates in the general category must pay an application fee of INR 500 (INR 250 for those in the reserved categories).
    5. Payment options for the application fee include Net Banking and debit/credit cards.
    6. On the website's main page, candidates must select the "register" link to access the TNEA application forms.
    7. Upon successfully completing the registration process, candidates are required to complete the personal and academic qualifying forms.
    8. Together with the hard copy of the properly completed form, affix the self-attested copies of the following documents:
        • Class 10th mark sheet
        • Class 12th mark sheet
        • Transfer certificate issued by school
        • Caste certificate (if applicable)
        • Nativity certificate
