Haryana Staff Selection Commission Begins Online Applications for Common Eligibility Test (CET) 2025. HSSC has officially opened the registration window for the CET 2025 for Group C posts in various government departments across the state for around 50,000 vacancies. The application process commenced on 28 May 2025 and will remain open until 12 June 2025. Candidates interested in applying for these positions can submit their applications online through the official HSSC website before the given deadline for successful registration.
According to the official notification, candidates must complete their registration by June 12, while the last date for fee submission is June 14, 2025. The CET exam date will be announced later on their official website, but it is expected to be conducted in June or July 2025.
Meanwhile, Applicants are advised to keep their documents ready to avoid any issues during the registration process. In case of discrepancies in official records, candidates should update their details, such as name, date of birth, and mobile number in their Aadhaar Card and Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) before applying. These documents will act as an identity proof and will be required for the verification.
Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini emphasized the transparency of the recruitment process, stating that the "bina kharchi, bina parchi" (no bribery, no recommendation) policy will be strictly followed. He reaffirmed that jobs will be awarded purely on merit, ensuring fair opportunities for the youth of Haryana.
Haryana CET 2025 Eligibility Criteria
The Haryana CET 2025 is open to candidates who meet the following eligibility requirements:
Group C Posts: Candidates must have passed Class 12 or hold an equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
Group D Posts (to be announced later): A Class 10 pass is mandatory.
Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 42 years old.
Note: Age and percentage relaxations apply for SC/ST/OBC, unmarried women, widows, and ex-servicemen.
Haryana CET 2025 Exam Pattern and Syllabus
The Haryana CET 2025 will be conducted in offline mode using OMR sheets. The question paper will be available in both Hindi and English medium. The question paper will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) with a duration of 1 hour and 45 minutes, covering subjects such as:
General Awareness
Haryana General Knowledge
Mathematics
Reasoning
General Science
Hindi & English
Computer Knowledge
There will be no negative marking in the exam. The CET score will remain valid for three years, allowing candidates to appear multiple times to improve their scores.
