Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University is connected to Hindustan College of Science and Technology (HCST) (APJAKTU). It provides B.Tech, M.Tech, and MBA programmes in a variety of engineering and management streams at the UG and PG levels. Belonging to the Sharda Group of Institutions is the college.
- The 10+2 certificate with PCM or PCB and at least 55% of the total possible points is required for admission to the B. Tech programme.
- The results of the JEE Main or Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) will be used to determine the selection process, which will then include counselling.
- Counselling will be conducted after selection is made based on the UPSEE or GATE score.
- Any graduation degree with at least 50% of the total required is required for the MBA programme. After counselling, admission will be determined by the candidate's performance in the UPSEE, CAT, or MAT.

Hindustan College of Science and Technology (HCST) MBA Admission
Admission to the M.Tech programme at HCST is determined by the UPSEE or GATE scores, with state-level counselling coming next. Applicants to the college may also be those with GATE scores at least 85 percentiles.
A college-conducted exam is required for candidates to be selected for direct admission under the Management Quota, which fills 15% of the available seats. Every year in September, the application process for GATE, which is held at the national level, opens.
In addition to the UPSEE score, a valid CAT or MAT score is taken into consideration for admission to the MBA programme.

- The Central Admission Cell is located at SGI Towers, 500 metres away from Bhagwan Talkies on the Agra-Mathura Highway (NH-2), Agra - 282005. This is where you can pick up an application form.
- Regional Offices (in Kolkata, Guwahati, Patna, and Lucknow)
- The application can also be obtained by sending a Demand Draught (DD) for INR 1050 made payable to the college you've applied to, payable in Agra, or by paying a fee of INR 1000 in cash at any college office.
Note: On the back of the DD, write the following: Name, Father's Name, Contact Number, and Course Selected.
