2009 saw the establishment of the International Institute of Business Studies in Bangalore by the Smt. B. Devi Educational & Charitable Trust. It is connected to the University of Bangalore. Undergraduate and graduate management studies programmes are available at IIBS Bangalore. At the UG level, it offers BBA, BCA, and B.Com courses; at the PG level, it offers PGDM and MBA courses.

• Admission to the Undergraduate Programme at IIBS Bangalore is determined by the results of the Institute's Entrance Exam.
• The basis for MBA admissions is the CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/NMAT or a comparable entrance exam.
• The IIBS-Admission Test is used to determine admission to MBA programmes.
• Applicants who graduate with at least 50% of their credits (under the 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern) are not required to take the entrance exam in order to be admitted to the PGDM programme.
• Candidates with a graduation in any field are eligible to apply for admission to the PGDM and MBA programmes.

• The application fee for the PGDM and MBA programmes is INR 1050 online or INR 1000 in cash when paid offline.
• For both BBA and B.Com, the application fee is INR 500 if paid in cash offline and INR 550 if paid online or by demand draft.
• The BCA application fee is INR 650 and INR 600, respectively, and must be paid offline and online via demand draft.
• Candidates must go through rounds of group discussions and in-person interviews before being considered for any of the many courses that IIBS Bangalore offers.
• Only phone, SMS, or email will be used to notify participants of their GD and PI results. The institute has not facilitated any other form of notification.

• Based on their past academic performance and results on the admission exam, candidates will be narrowed down for a personal interview and group discussion round.
• As a prerequisite for GD and PI, candidates for MBA programmes must take the IIBS Admission Test.
• Major Indian cities will host both a group discussion and a personal interview; candidates must select a workable option and arrive at the location on time for both.
• To each chosen candidate, the results of the WAT, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview will be communicated by phone, email, or SMS.
• To confirm their admission, selected candidates must report to the IIBS in accordance with the admission schedule and pay the required fees.

• Complete the online application.
• Fill out the registration form completely. Use the generated credentials to log in after your email address has been verified.
• Make a demand draft for the INR 1050 application fee payable to the "International Institute of Business Studies" in Bangalore.
• Re-enter your ID and provide your academic and personal information.
• Enter the information from the demand draft.
• Fill out the application and print a hard copy copy of it.
• Use a courier, registered mail, or speed post to deliver the filled-out application form, supporting documentation, and a demand draft to the National Head Office address in Bangalore.
• After the completed application form and DD are received, the institute will send the prospectus by mail or courier.

IIBS Bangalore Placements

The International Institute of Business Studies (IIBS) mandates several-week-long summer internships. The division in charge of internships and placements is in charge of assigning students to summer internships with different companies. It organises a range of symposiums, conferences, and workshops to strengthen leadership skills. The 21 participating recruiters placed 48 students as part of the IIBS Bangalore placements. The highest package, which Prismpoint Technologies offered to the three students, was INR 51 LPA (PGDM) and INR 48 LPA (MBA). For MBA, the average package was INR 8.2 LPA.
