The Indira Gandhi Institute of Cooperative Management (IGICM) is a Lucknow institution that was founded in 1956.

• To be eligible to apply for the Diploma in Handloom Cooperative Management (DICM), candidates must be secretaries and managers employed by the main handloom cooperatives or middle-level staff employed by state-level cadres, the Central Handloom, and the All India Federation of Handloom Cooperatives.
• Admission to the certificate programmes is based on an interview and a first-come, first-served policy.
• Only middle-level employees of cooperative departments and cooperative institutions are eligible for the Management Development Program (MDP).

IGICM offers MBA programme admission based on UPSEE results. The candidate must have passed or have registered for the three-year-long bachelor's degree examination in order to be considered for admission to this course.

Following counseling, candidates will be chosen based on a valid UPSEE score.

Note: Candidates must complete the online application form found on the university website in order to appear for the UPSEE exam.
