Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have already secured a seat under DASA 2025 or have completed physical reporting (PI) in JoSAA or CSAB 2025 special rounds are not eligible to participate. The seat allotment will be based on the Common Rank List (CRL) of JEE Main 2025.
CSAB Fee Structure
Candidates allotted seats in the supernumerary round must pay the Seat Acceptance and Security Fee (SSAF) online. The fee structure is as follows:
Note that the processing fee of INR 5,000 is non-refundable.
Unlike previous years, all document verification, seat acceptance, and fee payment will be conducted online, making the process more accessible and efficient. To complete the process seamlessly, candidates must visit the official website of https://csab.nic.in/ portal and upload their documents for verification.
What’s Next after JoSAA?
After JoSAA’s five rounds, a separate CSAB counselling will be held to fill any vacant seats, primarily in the NIT+ system. Candidates who were not allotted seats through JoSAA can still apply during these special rounds.
With the counselling process now underway, students are advised to stay updated with official announcements and ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before registering.
