Jerusalem Educational Trust founded Jerusalem College of Engineering (JEC) in 1995. The institution, which is located in the centre of the city, provides seven undergraduate and six graduate programmes in engineering, technology, and management.

In order to be admitted to undergraduate programmes, applicants must have completed their 10+2 exams.

The B.Tech programme admits students through TNEA counselling. The applicant needs to be a native of Tamil Nadu in order to apply for the same. The candidate must present their State Domicile if they are from a state other than Tamil Nadu.

MBA: Admission to the programme will be determined by the candidate's TANCET results, which will be followed by counselling.

Following the entrance exams, the students who make the merit list will receive notification to attend the counselling phase, where they will be able to choose their seats based on their TANCET rank.

Note: TANCET lasts for two hours. Every wrong response results in a deduction from the score.
