- (10 + 2), the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) high school secondary exam, or any examination equivalently administered by a State Board.
- a combined average of at least 50% in PCB and Biotech.
- The minimum aggregate is relaxed by 5% for all SC/ST candidates.
- At the time of admission, the minimum age requirement should be 17 years old, or the applicant must reach that age by December 31 of the same year.
