- Online registration is required for the counseling process, and applicants must carefully fill out the registration form with all the necessary information.
- Provisional Merit List: After the registration process has been successfully completed, a merit list will be created.
- Document Verification Procedure: Those who have been shortlisted may move on to the document verification phase. You must select a document verification center when registering.
- Filling Out Choices: Candidates can fill out their choices and preferences online.
- Seat Allotment: Candidates will be chosen based on their merit, the preferences they have indicated, and the seats that are available.
- Reporting Procedures: In accordance with your seat assignment, you must report to the college to which you have been assigned on the specified date and time, along with your original documents and photocopies of them.
- Register as a candidate on the official website.
- Choice Filling and Locking (Round 1): You must first select the colleges and courses of your choosing before locking your selections in the online portal.
- Seat Allocation Results (Round 1): The seat allocation will be made public online based on open positions and candidates' preferences.
- Reporting to college: Candidates who receive a seat in the first round must either decline the seat or report to the college to complete the admissions procedures.
- For applicants who were unable to register during the first round of counseling, new registration (Round 2).
- Fresh Choice Filling and Locking (Round 2): This phase is comparable to round 1 from earlier.
- Seat Allocation Results (Round 2): Comparable to round 1 previously mentioned.
- Reporting to College (Round 2): It should be noted that, in accordance with Supreme Court of India orders, students who will receive a seat in the 15% AIQ Quota during the second round of counseling will not be allowed to resign from those seats.
