The Ministry of Human Resource Development founded Meenakshi University, also known as the Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research (MAHER). Meenakshi Engineering College in K. K. Nagar, Meenakshi Ammal Dental College in Maduravoyal, Chennai, Meenakshi Medical College and Research Institute (in Enathur, Kanchipuram), and Meenakshi College of Nursing in Mangadu, Faculty of Engineering and Technology Mangadu, Chennai are among the colleges that make up the institution.

A variety of UG and PG programmes are offered by the college, including BDS, MDS, UG, UG Medical, BE, B.Tech, MD, MS, ME, M.Tech, PG Medical, and PG. The university also provides postgraduate degrees in MBA and MCA. Meenakshi University also offers programmes like DM, M.Ch., and Ph.D.

MAHER UG Admission

The institution offers a wide range of undergraduate (UG) programmes, including the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. ), Bachelor of Arts (B.A. ), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com. ), Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A. ), and Bachelor of Banking Management (BBM) (BCA).

The university offers one specialisation in each of the BBM, BBA, and BCA programmes. Candidates for the B.A. have a choice of eight specialisations. Three distinct subject specialisations are available to B.Com candidates. The university offers ten distinct specialisations in its B.Sc. programme. The duration of all UG courses is three years.

The candidate will be chosen for undergraduate (UG) courses based on how well they performed on the university-conducted entrance exam.

MAHER MBA Admission

Postgraduate courses at MAHER University are also comparable to master's degrees in business administration (MBA), computer application (MCA), and MBA Lateral. Direct admission to the second year is accepted for the lateral course.

For three years, the university offers only one M.C.A. specialisation to its students. The MBA offers fifteen distinct specialisations, and the university accepts lateral entry students in their second year. The MBA programme lasts two years, while candidates interested in lateral entry, or second year entry, will only need to complete one year of coursework.

Applicants wishing to enrol in any of the aforementioned courses must show up for the MAHER university's Common Entrance Test (CET). Their test results will be taken into account when choosing them.
