Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church Medical College (MOSC), a private medical school founded in 2002, is located in Kerala. The College is run by the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church and is affiliated with Kerala University of Health and Applied Sciences in Thrissur.

Selection Criteria:
In order to be admitted to an MBBS programme, medical candidates must pass the National Eligibility and Entrance Examination (NEET), which is administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA), after completing their 10+2 requirements. NEET scores are used to determine admission to the college, and seats are offered through counselling based on the applicant's eligibility score, college preference, and the availability of seats.

- Boys' and girls' accommodations are provided at hostels. The hostel has 100 rooms that are available. Hot water is available continuously, and the rooms are completely furnished.
- Hospital - Of the hospital's 1000 beds, 500 are in the general category and are suitable for patients. The remaining beds are in the unitary, private, and semi-private wards of super specialty departments.
- Library - The College's main library is crammed with the most recent editions of textbooks and reference works. The library has an online connection to the internet and subscribes to a number of national and international journals. There are also 32 foreign journals available in addition to those.
- MOSC Medical College offers both indoor and outdoor sporting events. Inside the campus, there is a lovely playground for both indoor and outdoor games. For the students' physical fitness, this institution also has a gym.
