    Postgraduate programmes offered by Maria College of Engineering and Technology include an MBA, an M.Sc. with two specialisations, and a Master of Engineering degree with seven specialisations.

    Candidates having a B.E. or B.Tech. degree in the relevant field, or an equivalent degree with at least 50% of the possible points, are eligible to pursue M.E. degree programmes.

    To be eligible for the MBA programme, candidates must have graduated (10+2+3) from any field with an aggregate GPA of at least 50%.

    Candidates for the M.Sc. programme must have earned at least a 50% in their B.Sc. in the relevant branch or its equivalent.

    Candidates are chosen for M.E. programmes based on their performance on the Anna University Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)/CET. Candidates will be chosen for MBA programmes based on their performance on the MAT, TANCET, and CET administered by Anna University.

    The CET score is the basis for admission to the M.Sc. programme.

    The candidates' marks will be used to compile the merit list. Those who meet the cut-off score will receive an invitation to the admissions process.
