Mohamed Sathak College of Arts and Science is a coeducational university with 4854 students located in Sholinganallur, Chennai. It was founded by the Mohamed Sathak Trust in 1991. The University of Madras and the college are associated.
Eleven postgraduate programmes and twenty undergraduate courses are available at Mohamed Sathak College of Arts and Science. There are 20 undergraduate course offerings at Mohamed Sathak College of Arts and Science. It provides B.A., B.Com. with six specialisations, B.Sc. with eleven specialisations, BBA, and BCA programmes. Every undergraduate course is offered full time and lasts for three years.

The college provides eleven postgraduate full-time programmes. The courses last for two years. It provides an MCA programme, an MBA with four specialisations, an M.Sc. with eight specialisations, and an M.Com. Dual specialisation is allowed in MBA programmes.
The merit of the qualifying exam determines admission. For admission, candidates must complete an offline application, pay an application fee, and submit it with the necessary supporting documentation.

Mohamed Sathak College of Arts and Science Application Process
The college office has the application forms for admission to all courses offered by Mohamed Sathak College of Arts and Science. Every course has an application cost, which varies for undergraduate and graduate programmes. To obtain the form, the application fee can be paid in person or by mail. Students must send a demand draft made payable to "MOHAMED SATHAK COLLEGE OF ARTS AND SCIENCE" in Chennai to cover the application fee.
Application Process for UG and Diploma Courses
To obtain the form, you must pay the application fee. The cost to the student is Rs. 250 in person or Rs. 300 via mail.
The application form must be submitted with the following documents:
- Ten plus two original mark sheets plus four copies.
- Original transfer certificate and one copy are provided.
- A duplicate of the community certificate
- Copies of the AADHAR Card eligibility certificates are provided to students studying abroad or in other states. The University of Madras is where they must get it.
- A single passport-sized photo.

Infrastructure
Over the years, the college has produced a number of University rank holders in all of its streams. This is a result of the highly qualified staff providing the students with excellent instruction and practice. With its state-of-the-art labs, the college's infrastructure also allows students to get a taste of real work settings.
Library
The library subscribes to Delnet and has a collection of over 15,000 volumes in addition to 25 technical journals and magazines.
Hostels
Boys' and girls' hostels are available separately. There are arrangements for free transportation to and from the college and hostel. The prisoners can use a library that contains important books and religious texts. All prisoners receive medical attention during emergencies. Additionally, a generator is available to handle power outages and shutdowns.
Mosque
On the college grounds is a stunning mosque where people can pray. Friday morning prayer in the mosque is done five times in addition to the Jumma prayer. The mosque also offers iftar services to break the fast during the month of Ramadan. In the college itself, a separate prayer hall is available for daily prayers for female staff members and students.
Bank
Indian Overseas Bank has an ATM on campus for the convenience of both employees and students. The students can conveniently pay their college and other fees to the bank and use the ATM to conveniently withdraw cash without needlessly wasting their valuable time waiting in line.
Auditorium
The college's main building entrance is close to an auditorium that can hold up to 600 people. Facilities like sophisticated audio setups and LCD projectors for presentations are available to ensure the smooth running of events like symposiums and seminars.
