The All India Management Association (AIMA) named the 1995-founded RJS Institute of Management Studies the third-best B-school in Business India in 2003. Sri. Giridhar Rajagopal, who has over 25 years of experience in training, placement, alumni relations, teaching, and other value-added training for placement for the previous ten years, is in charge of the placement and training department. Companies of all stripes came to the campus for campus selections in the years. Numerous jobs are available off campus, and a small number of companies also offer international placements.

Placement abroad: M/s. Saraswathi Online provided employment in CHINA and the Philippines, while M/s. Auto Bahn, a company based in Dubai, placed people in the capital cities of DUBAI, DOHA, and the United Arab Emirates.

JOB ORIENTATED PROJECTS: A number of significant job-oriented initiatives were supported; one particularly noteworthy project was started by the Ministry of Commerce and Government of India's Office of the Joint Director General of Foreign Trade. The Assistant Director General of Foreign Trade and Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade personally oversaw the project.

CORPORATE INTERACTION: Chief guests and keynote speakers have been scheduled by the position department for a variety of workshops, conferences, and other events. Every day, industry visits have also been scheduled in order to highlight the positive aspects of the students.

Library: The library is crucial to the process of finding data. The establishment took place in 1999. The library is open on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. for visitors, staff, and students. With enough lighting, ventilation, and seating for up to 50 students at once, the library is well-equipped. Entire collection of rare books, reference books, periodicals, journals, and textbooks can be found in the Library and Data Centre. It creates a wonderful environment for readers to use the library's resources.

Labs: The College features state-of-the-art computer labs that are furnished with 150 cutting-edge computers, LCD projection systems, hardware and software, LAN and internet access via wireless connectivity, digital cameras, printers, scanners, photocopiers, and video cameras. Two sophisticated computer labs featuring 115 high-end PC configurations, audio-visual projection capabilities, and a central data archiving server are available. The ensuing hardware and systems are installed in our college as part of the management studies program, which aims to keep up with modern technology. The Intel Pentium 5 processors, 500 HDD, 4 GB RAM, CRT monitors, and 40 Mbps of Internet bandwidth (leased line) are all installed in our computer labs.
