The institute is connected to Visvesvaraya Technological University, has NBA accreditation, and is approved by the AICTE. RNSIT Admissions
Visvesvaraya Technological University is associated with RNS Institute of Technology (RNSIT), located in Bangalore, India. 2001 saw the establishment of RNSIT. Admission to numerous UG and PG programmes in a variety of specialisations is available at RNSIT, Bangalore. Bachelor of Engineering (B.E), BE Lateral, MBA, and MCA are the courses that are available. Admission to B.E. programmes is determined by the results of the JEE, COMEDK UGET, and Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET), which are administered by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA).
RNS Institute of Technology PG Admissions
PG courses in MBA, MCA, and M.Sc. are also offered by the college. Online applications are accepted for all courses. To apply for admission to the MCA and MBA programmes, qualified applicants must take the KEA-conducted PGCET.
- Any applicant hoping to be admitted into the school must, at the very least, meet the eligibility requirements established by both the entrance exam board and the institution.
- Following this, the candidates will be ranked according to their merit once they take the entrance exam in the subject of their choice and receive a certain score. To be eligible for a seat, candidates must go through the relevant counselling process. It is anticipated that the candidates will return to the respective institution.

RNS Institute of Technology Facilities
- There are currently two boys' and one girls' hostels at the institute. There are about 300 girls and 530 boys residing in these hostels. Early morning classes in yoga and meditation are offered to both boys and girls. In the hostels, strict rules are upheld. On the hostel's grounds, there is a well-equipped guest room for parents and visitors.
- The RNSIT Library operates on an automated system. Students receive an identity card to use the library's resources, and books are bar-coded. The VTU consortium has granted the library access to E-Resources Online so that it can assist with project work, technical reports, and research and development activities for its patrons. More than 26,341 volumes, 80 journals, 18 magazines, and 11 newspapers are included in the collection.
- Financial Services: Canara Bank has an extension counter on campus that is open six days a week to provide staff and students with financial services.
- The institute features a canteen on campus where you can get both North and South Indian food at affordable prices. The canteen is open during regular business hours.
- Gym: To promote staff and student fitness, RNSIT has a gymnasium on campus. Both boys and girls can use this facility at different times.
