    The Shikshana Prasaraka Mandali founded the Ramnarain Ruia Autonomous College in Mumbai, Maharashtra, in 1937. The college has UGC approval and is associated with the University of Mumbai. In 2017, NAAC reaccredited it with a grade of A.

The entire library collection is computerised, and students can access all bibliographic information for books and journals through the online public access catalogue (OPAC). Ruia Library is an institutional member of the American, British Council, and Asian Libraries. It is also listed as a participant in the INFLIBNET 'N-LIST' project, which enables the library to give all students free access to more than 80,000 electronic resources, including many different e-books and e-journals.
    • Ramnarain Ruia Autonomous College has a well-developed athletic programme. The gymkhana includes a badminton court, boxing ring, ultra-modern exercise equipment, and an international standard shooting range. The academy strives to provide young people with the best sports facilities while also educating them. The academy hosts a variety of sporting events and encourages its students to take part.     • Language Laboratory: In the Ramnarain Ruia Autonomous College, a fully operational and well-equipped language lab was established in the academic year 2014–15. 10 student console computers, 1 teacher console computer, and 10 headphones are included (with mic). The college uses tOrell and iLotus, two language learning programmes, to instruct students in fundamental language abilities like speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
    • P. S. Ramanathan Advanced Instrumentation Centre (PSRAIC), which was founded in 2011 and has high-tech analytical equipment, is an example of an advanced instrumentation centre. It supports research activities and offers staff and students practical training. With the help of Shimadzu (India) Pvt. Ltd. and Gharda Chemicals, it was the idea of the late Dr. P. S. Ramanathan, a renowned analytical chemist and director of corporate analytical operations.
    • Center for Self-Vision: The Self-Vision Center, which was established in 1995 to provide the best facilities to its many visually impaired students who, year after year, have given an excellent account of themselves in their pursuit of excellence in the academic field, is a highly commendable part of Ruia's many student welfare initiatives. Ruia is successful in bringing 60 visually impaired students under its direction so that it can give them cutting-edge study facilities that aid in improving their knowledge and performance standards. The Self Vision Center has been rebuilt and renovated by Ruia as part of the Higher Education Scheme for Persons with Special Needs.
    • Center for Urban Studies: "The Center for Urban Studies (formerly the Centre for Slum Studies) was founded in 2002-2003 in an effort to raise awareness among students about fundamental issues of social injustice. It has introduced programmes to improve slum life. The centre conducts academic projects and research in urban areas of poverty and slums.
