In the year 2005, Sree Gokulam Medical College and Research Foundation, Venjaramoodu, was founded. It offers MBBS, MS, and MD programmes at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Admissions at the institute are done online. Students can obtain and complete an online admission form on the institute's official website if they want to enrol in any of the courses.

When applying for the application process, students should bear the following information in mind:

Candidate must upload a photo, their NEET rank, and their score report from the prerequisite exam.
Candidates must save a soft copy and a printout of their online application submission for their records.
Candidates must turn in a printout of their online application along with the necessary documentation to the college's principal's office, along with a DD for Rs. 2,000 made out to Sree Gokulam Medical College and payable to that institution in Thiruvananthapuram.
For applications submitted in person, candidates must obtain an acknowledgement from the college office.
Since applications must be submitted online, no separate application form will be provided.
