The Shadan Institute of Medical Sciences bases admission on results from national entrance exams. Both offline and online applications for admission are acceptable.

The NEET-UG score is used to select candidates for the MBBS programme. While candidates must have a valid NEET-PG score in order to be admitted to the MD and MS programmes.

SIMS Hyderabad Facilities:

• If students want to live on campus, the institute offers separate dorm rooms for boys and girls in a hostel setting. The boy's hostel has a total of 70 rooms, while the girl's hostel has 130. For students to contact if they need assistance, a compassionate warden has been appointed.
• 150 students can sit in the library at SIMS Hyderabad, which is available. They have a sizable library of 12,266 books as well as about 30 foreign and 70 Indian journals, covering a wide range of subjects and research-related fields. Additionally, the college offers audio and visual resources that are connected to each department of the school.
