SRHU Admissions:

Admissions for 2022 are currently being accepted at Swami Rama Himalayan University (SRHU), Dehradun. Application materials have been made available by the university for admission to UG, PG, and diploma programmes. The last day to submit an application has not yet been made public. The university's official website has an online application form that interested candidates can use. A student's JEE Main or BITSAT score will be used to determine whether they are admitted to the B.Tech programme at Swami Rama Himalayan University. For consideration for admission to the B.Tech Lateral entry programme, candidates must hold a diploma or a B.Sc. degree with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 55%. Engineering diploma programmes only accept applicants with valid JEEP exam scores.

Based on the NEET PG score, applicants will be admitted to MD/MS programmes and PG Diploma programmes. Performance on the Common Entrance Examination for Nursing will determine whether an applicant is admitted to one of the many undergraduate nursing programmes (CEEN). The NEET UG score is used to determine admission to the MBBS programme, which is followed by personal counselling. Based on performance in the qualifying examination, followed by personal counselling, admission to BBA, BCA, B.Com (Hons), B.Sc., and B.Voc will be granted.

Swami Rama Himalayan University UG Admission MBBS:

At the undergraduate level, SRHU, Dehradun offers in five disciplines, in five disciplines, basic and post-basic B.Sc. in nursing, MBBS, and in two disciplines.

The JEE Main or BITSAT score will be used to determine admission to the B.Tech programme. The qualifying examination will be used to determine eligibility for admission to the B.Tech Lateral Entry, BCA, B.Com (Hons), BBA, B.Voc, and B.Sc programmes. This will be followed by personal counselling and interaction. Following personal counselling, admission to the MBBS programme will be granted based on the NEET UG score. Based on performance in the Common Entrance Examination for Nursing and Paramedical Programs, admission to the lateral entry B.Sc (CEENP).

Note: Candidates who fall under the SC/ST category will have their qualifying examination scores relaxed by 5% overall.

A training and placement cell at SRHU assists students with on-campus hiring. The university arranges a range of placement-related events for students, including workshops, pre-placement talks, seminars, and industrial visits. For the 2021 placement drive, the students received opportunities through virtual campuses and off-campus drives. For four years in a row, the students who chose to pursue placements from the Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering received 100% placements. Every student who chose to study BBA and B.Com (Hons.) was hired as well.
