Located in Coimbatore, Chennai, Tamilnadu College of Engineering (TCE) is a distinguished engineering institute that is self-financed. Tamilnadu College of Engineering, which is currently associated with Anna University, provides a range of undergraduate and graduate programmes in engineering and management, including BE with multiple specialisations.
- Candidates for the B.E. programme must have completed 10+2 in a science stream with PCM as a required subject.
- Candidates for M.E. programmes must hold an undergraduate degree in the relevant or related field.

Tamil Nadu College of Engineering MBA Admissions
Along with an MBA and MCA programme, the institute offers M.E. courses in two disciplines: structural engineering and computer science and engineering. Tamil Nadu College of Engineering offers a range of postgraduate courses based on factors like graduation marks, last qualifying exam attempts, and more. - Candidates with an M.Sc. (10+2+3+3 pattern) may be admitted to some courses offered under the ME programme.
- Math and statistics at the 10+2 level and graduation are prerequisites for MCA candidates.
- Applicants must take the consortium level CET for their respective courses if they do not have a valid TANCET score.
Tamil Nadu College of Engineering Application Process
Applicants must apply through TNEA counselling in order to be considered for UG courses offered by TNCE. The application procedure is as follows:
- The candidate needs to fill out the TNEA registration form with personal information.
- The candidate can fill out the online application form after their registration is approved.
- Online payment is available for the TNEA application fee (INR 500 for general candidates and INR 250 for reserved candidates).
- The completed application form should be printed out for use in future correspondence.
- The printed application form must be sent to "Secretary, TNEA, Anna University, Chennai – 600 025" along with photocopies of the student's transcripts.
