    WBJEE 2022: Admit Card Details and Schedule

    Last week, the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) had officially notified the details, particularly the examination schedule and admit card details about the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE). This is a state-level entrance exam for students seeking admission to UG engineering courses in the top colleges of West Bengal.

    This 200-mark examination covers not just engineering but also pharmacy, technology, and architecture courses from government, private and self-financing colleges in West Bengal, recognized by the board.

    Examination Schedule

    As part of its official announcement, the WBJEEB has released the dates for different formalities related to the exam and the exam date itself. The schedule as of now is as follows.



    Admit Card Releases

    25th April 2022

    30th April 2022

    Answer Key Releases 

    2nd Week of May

    Result Declaration

    4th Week of May

    Registration for Counseling

    2nd Week of June

    Steps to Download Admit Card 

    As mentioned above, the WBJEE Admit Cards will officially be released on 25th April 2022. Mentioned below are the steps to download the admit card for the same - 

    1. After visiting the official WBJEE website (, click on the button that says “Download WBJEE Admit Card”
    1. Using the Application Number and Password provided, log in to the portal.
    1. Fill in the requisite details as asked, and click on the “Submit” button. This shall display the Admit Card on the screen.
    1. Check the details that you have filled and once sure, click on “Download” and take a printout of the admit card.

    Examination Centers

    The WBJEE this year shall be conducted across 60 cities in 3 different states namely West Bengal, Assam, and Tripura. The candidates will be given the option to fill in their preferences during the online application. 

    However, the final decision is with the WBJEE Board. This means that it takes the final call when it comes to allocating the exam centers to candidates. Once allotted by the board, candidates CAN NOT change their exam center preferences.
