IGNOU January 2026 Re-Registration for ODL & Online Live: Check Steps to Apply and Important Dates

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has opened the re-registration process for its January 2026 academic year for students enrolled in Open and Distance Learning (ODL) and online programs. The registration portal was active on 1 December 2025, for entire students who enrolled in ODl and online programs. Students can submit their form on the official website for their next year's course. Students need to complete the re-registration form before the deadline. The last date to complete the registration process is 15 January 2026.

Students are able to log in to update their information, select courses and pay the necessary fees for the upcoming semester or academic year. The university has emphasised that re-registration is compulsory for all current students who wish to continue their studies in the next term. The institution has also warned that selecting the wrong courses may cause delays in the academic schedule.
