    The Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TS ICET) is an examination designed for only postgraduate programs, primarily aimed at securing admissions into MBA and MCA courses within the state of Telangana. It does not pertain to undergraduate degrees.

    TS ICET Exam 2025

    TS ICET is a state-level examination conducted by TSCHE, scheduled on June 8 and 9, 2025.

    The application process started for this exam on the 10th of March 2025, and the last date for registration was 3rd May 2025. Candidates can visit the official website for more information about the TS ICET examination.

    The application fee depends on the applicant’s category, such as INR 750 for the General/OBC category, and INR 550 for the  SC/ST/PWD category. Candidates have the option to pay the application fee through both online and offline methods. For online payments, they can use Debit Cards or Net Banking, while offline payments can be made at centres like TS Online, AP Online, or MeeSeva (e-Seva).

    To qualify for the TS ICET Exam, candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks (or 45% for those in reserved categories) from a recognised university, and be an Indian Citizen.

    In this exam mainly three main sections are included: Analytical Ability, Mathematical Ability, and Communication Ability. Each section consists of 75 questions, but the Communication Ability section has 50 questions

    TS ICET Admit Card 2025

    The admit card for the TS ICET Admit Card 2025 is available for download from June 1, 2025. Candidates who have successfully registered for the exam can download their hall tickets from the official website by using their registration number and date of birth.

    Candidates must carry a hard copy of their admit card to the examination hall, since entry without an admit card is prohibited. The admit card consists of essential details such as the candidate’s name, exam date and time, exam centre details, roll number, category, etc

    TS ICET Answer key 2025

    The answer key for TS ICET 2025 will be made available on 21 June 2025. Since the exam is scheduled for 8 June and 9 June, 2025, candidates will be able to download the preliminary answer key from the official website using their registration number and hall ticket numberIt is for the students who want to get admission into the MBA and MCA programs. This exam is held in an online mode (computer-based exam), and takes place at designated test centres.

    TS ICET Exam Pattern 2025

    TS ICET Marking Scheme 2025

    The TS ICET 2025 marking scheme follows a straightforward approach designed to evaluate candidates fairly. The assessment is made up of 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), with each correct response earning one point. There is no penalty for wrong answers, so candidates will neither lose marks for incorrect responses nor for questions left unanswered. 

     The TS ICET is conducted in CBT mode, and the total duration of the exam is 150 minutes, requiring candidates to manage their time efficiently across all sections.

    TS ICET Exam Eligibility Criteria

    Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria before applying for the application form of TS ICET exam, which includes various factors such as age limit, educational qualifications, nationality, and the number of attempts allowed.

    • Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 19 years old by the date of notification to be eligible for TS ICET 2025. 
    • Nationality: The exam is open to Indian nationals, and applicants must fulfil the local/non-local status requirements as prescribed by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education.
    • Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for the MBA/MCA program must have completed a bachelor's degree from a recognised university. 
    • Minimum Marks Required: 50% marks for general category students and 45% marks for reserved categories. 
    • Specific Requirements: Candidates must have studied Mathematics at the 10+2 level or during graduation.
    • Number of Attempts Allowed: Students appearing for their final year undergraduate exams are also eligible to apply, and there is no restriction on the number of attempts.

    TS ICET Exam Application Form 2025

    The TS ICET 2025 application form was released on March 10, 2025, and the deadline for application submission is May 3, 2025. However, TSCHE allowed candidates to apply for the exam after the last date with a late fee of INR 250 until 17 May 2025, and INR 500 until 26 May 2025. Now the applications for the exam have been closed, and the correction window was open from May 16 to May 20, 2025. The TS ICET 2025 examination will take place on June 8 and June 9, 2025, with two sessions held each day.

    Admit cards were available for download from 1 June 2025. The answer key will be released on June 21, 2025, and candidates can submit objections until June 26, 2025. The final results will be announced on July 7, 2025

    Candidates must give their details, academic qualifications, and upload scanned copies of their photograph, signature, and left thumb impression. The application fee is INR 750 for general category candidates and INR 550 for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

    TS ICET Cutoff 2025

    The TS ICET Cutoff 2025 refers to the minimum score required for admission into MBA and MCA programs. This is determined based on various factors, including the number of candidates who appeared in the examination, the difficulty level, and the availability of seats in the preferred college of the candidates. As per the TS ICET qualifying criteria, General category candidates must score at least 25% marks to qualify for the examination. However, there are no minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST candidates.
