SUAT Exam 2026
SUAT stands for Sharda University Admission Test. It is a university-level entrance examination conducted by Sharda University to take admission into various programs offered by the institution. It is a single-platform entrance exam, which means that candidates willing to take admission in any course can all appear for the same exam, although it will have a different set of papers for different disciplines.
The SUAT Exam 2026 will include 100-120 questions, depending on the course and specialization, for which candidates will have 1 hour and 30 minutes to complete the paper. For every correct answer, students will be rewarded with a +1 mark, Meanwhile, there is no negative marking for the same.
Furthermore, no new updates or changes have been made in the exam procedure, except for the reduction of the application fee. Earlier, the application fee for SUAT 2026 for male candidates was INR 1500 and INR 1000 for female candidates, which has now been reduced by INR 500 for both male and female candidates. Despite this, SUAT will continue to conduct the exam in online mode as a home-proctored test, ensuring flexibility for the candidates to appear for the exam from anywhere, anytime.
SUAT 2026 Admit Card
SUAT 2026 Admit card will be made available on the official website itself 2-3 days before the selected exam date. Candidates who have already filled out the application form without any mistakes, and that too before the deadline, will be issued the admit card. The admit card will include all the crucial information regarding the exam, such as exam guidelines, exam date, venue, shift, centre, and more.
On the examination day, it is essential to keep a printed photo copy of the admit card with you, without which no applicant will be allowed to proceed and appear for the exam.
SUAT Answer Key 2026
Sharda University does not release the SUAT 2026 Answer Key. However, if released, it will be available online in a few days after the exam. Candidates will be able to access it on the official website to check correct responses and estimate their scores. To download, candidates are advised to visit the official SUAT portal, locate the answer key link, and download the PDF. Using the marking scheme, candidates can calculate probable scores and prepare for the next steps, including counselling.
Note: that there is no provision for releasing the answer Key for SUAT. Therefore, if any changes have been made to the guidelines regarding the answer key, refer to the official website of SUAT only.
SUAT 2026 Result
The SUAT 2026 result is announced by the authority after the commencement of the exam on the official website of SUAT, suat.sharda.ac.in. Once the results are declared, candidates can check their scores on the official SUAT website by logging in with their application Number and password.
These results will decide whether one will be eligible to secure admission to Sharda University or not. To be eligible, candidates will be required to obtain a minimum of 35% aggregate marks (may differ for different courses). Selected candidates will then proceed to the next stages, such as seat allotment and counselling.
SUAT 2026 Counselling and Seat Allotment Process
SUAT 2026 counselling is conducted after the results and cutoffs by Sharda University for admission into various undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Candidates who qualify the cutoffs set by the university then proceed to the counselling sessionwhich is the last stage before attending the classes.
Counselling and Seat Allotment Process:
- Application Submission: Candidates must fill out the counselling registration form online or offline and pay the required fee.
- Entrance Test & Eligibility Check: Admission is based on SUAT scores, but JEE, UPSEE, MAT, CAT, XAT, LSAT, and other exams are also considered.
- Personal Interview & Group Discussion: For MBA admissions, candidates must clear these rounds.
- Seat Allotment: Seats are allocated based on merit, preferences, category, and seat availability.
- Fee Payment & Confirmation: Selected candidates must confirm their admission by paying the required fee
- Class commencement: After all these steps are cleared, now it's time to finally attend your class.
SUAT 2026 Exam Pattern
SUAT 2026 is conducted online, and that too in the student's preferred centre, called the home proctored centre. Candidates can either appear for the exam on the university campus itself or from anywhere. The exam paper will include multiple choice questions(MCQ) of about 120 to 150 questions, each carrying one mark.

SUAT Exam 2026 Eligibility Criteria
For admission into SU, candidates need to fulfill the required criteria. These criteria differ for both UG and PG programs, along with their specializations. Here is a basic eligibility criterion one should fulfill to be able to appear for SUAT 2026.
- For undergraduate programs, candidates must have completed Class 12th from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks (requirements vary by course). For B.Tech, applicants need to have 60% in PCM or equivalent subjects.
- For postgraduate programs, a relevant bachelor's degree is required. MBA applicants must have at least 50% in graduation and can qualify through SUAT, MAT, CAT, XAT, or similar exams. MCA & M.Sc Nursing programs require related undergraduate degrees.
- For UG programs, candidates must be at least 17 years old, and there is no age limit for PG programs.
- Exemptions apply to candidates with valid scores in exams like JEE, NEET, CLAT, MAT, among others, who may bypass SUAT.
SUAT 2026 Application Form
Sharda University admission test (SUAT) conducting university, Sharda University, releases SUAT application form 2026 for all the programs, such as UG and PG, at official website, suat.sharda.ac.in. For the academic year 2026-27, the registrations are ongoing, and the last date to apply is June 2026 (tentatively). Candidates willing to appear for the exam need to fill out the application form and appear for the examination, and obtain passing marks of 35% aggregate marks. (Might vary depending on the courses).
Filling the application form includes visiting the official website, filling the application form with required information and details such as your name, address, educational qualification, uploading scanned documents such as 10th and 12th mark sheets, and more, choosing the course you are willing to pursue further, choose a date, centre and venue and the lastly paying an amount as application fee through Net banking/ Credit Card/Debit Card/ UPI or any other platform.
Note that the application fee for SUAT 2026 has been reduced from INR 1500 to INR 500 for all the candidates. (Male and female).
SUAT Cutoff 2026
