AIIMS MSc Courses Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria for the MSc exam were set by AIIMS, Delhi. Every candidate must adhere to the minimum criteria set by it to be eligible for the entrance exam. The AIIMS MSc Courses eligibility criteria are given below:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science discipline from a recognised university. This includes degrees such as:

• B.Sc. (Hons.) or B.Sc. in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or allied health sciences (e.g., Medical Lab Technology, Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, etc.).
• B.Pharm., B.V.Sc., BPT, or equivalent degrees, depending on the specific MSc course.

• For some specialised programs like Clinical Embryology or Perfusion Technology, a background in Anatomy, Physiology, or related medical sciences is preferred.
• The degree must be of at least three years’ duration, and candidates should have completed all required internships or practical training before taking admission.

Minimum Marks Required:

• 60% aggregate- General/OBC candidates
• 55% aggregate- SC/ST candidates

AIIMS MSc Courses Application Form 2026

The AIIMS MSc Courses Application Form 2026 will be available on April 2026 (Tentative) via the official website of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi (AIIMS). Candidates who want to take admission in MSc courses at AIIMS, required to complete and submit the application before the deadline of May 2026*. The application starts with the opening of the basic registration window on April 2026*, then generating the application code, which is further used for completing the final application form.
