2. Complete the application form, print it, then send it to the registrar of the Christian Medical College in Ludhiana.
3. Attach two copies of your most recent passport photos in the designated area after completing the Application form.
4. Send the Letter of Service Commitment from the Body/Church of the CMC Ludhiana Society along with the Church Membership Certificate, Baptism Certificate, and other relevant documents.
