NEET PG Exam 2024
NEET PG Exam is a famous exam for students who wish to get admission in MD/MS courses offered by the government or private medical Colleges in India. The National Board of Examination is the conducting body of NEET PG 2022 and according to the latest notification by NBE, NEET PG 2022 exam dates are announced.
NEET PG Exam will be conducted to online mode (computer-based exam) for admission in 10,821 MS (Master of Surgery) Seats, around 19,953 MD Seats (Doctor of medicine), and 1,979 PG diploma seats available in Government, private or Deemed medical colleges. Students have to fulfill the NEET PG 2022 eligibility to fill the application form.
Earlier, NEET PG 2022 exam date was scheduled for January 10th but due to some reasons, the National Board of Examination (NBE) announced that it will be conducted on April 18, 2022. NEET PG 2022 registration will be started in 4th week of January. Only those candidates will be allowed to appear in the exam who made successful registration.

NEET PG Application Process 2024
It is expected that the NEET PG application process 2024 will start in 4th week of January. The National Board of Examination will make an announcement regarding this soon. Here is the step by step process to apply for NEET PG exam 2024.
- Log in to the official website and proceed for registration with some basic detail.
- Fill registration form by using User ID and password sent to you in the email or SMS.
- Fill the personal details and academics details like Name, qualification, MCI registration and exam centre detail.
- Now upload the passport size photos and sign (Scanned)
- Now select the exam city and exam centre
- At last Make payment through online mode by using debit or Credit card, UPI
- NEET PG Application fee is 3750 INR for General students and 2750 INR for reserved category students.
- Don’t forget to take a print out of the payment receipt.
NEET PG Admit Card
Students can download the NEET PG 2022 Admit Card from the official website. Aspirants are advised that they verify every detail mentioned on the admit card. Keep this admit card safe until NEET PG exam date and don’t forget to paste a latest passport size photograph.
NEET PG Eligibility Criteria 2024
Fulfilling the NEET PG 2024 eligibility Criteria is the first step for students who wish to study MD/MS in India. They should have proper knowledge about the subject and the NEET PG Exam pattern. However, without fulfilling the eligibility he/she will not be allowed into the exam and will be considered as disqualified.
- Applicant must have a valid MBBS Degree from a recognizable Medical college by the Medical Council of India (Now National Medical commission). It is the major part of NEET PG eligibility criteria 2024.
- He/she must have completed the rotatory internship before application.
- Applicants should have a permanent medical registration certificate issued by the NMC (National Medical Commission). Earlier, MCI was the monitoring body.
- Any ineligible candidate will not be allowed to sit in the exam. Also, her/his results will be cancelled at any time.
- Candidate should have have completed 1 year of internship from on or before 30th June.
- Candidates those passed MBBS from J&K are not eligible to apply for 50% quota.
NEET PG Exam Pattern 2024
NEET PG Exam pattern 2024 is the same as last year. Students will get 200 questions to solve in Multiple choice question mode. Language of Exam will be English and the duration will be only 210 minutes. There is negative marketing pattern so your marks will be deducted if you answered wrong.

NEET PG 2024 Result and Counselling
Students have to register themselves for NEET PG 2024 Counselling on the official website of the Medical Counselling committee after the NEET PG 2024 results. The MCC will conduct counselling for 50% medical seats for All India Quota, and rest of the 50% seats will be conducted by separate state medical council.
Only those candidates can apply who will get equal or more marks than NEET PG 2024 cutoff. It is expected that there will be two round of NEET PG counselling 2024. Students will have to register themselves and choose their desired stream and course in preferred medical colleges in India. Seats remain vacant after the counselling, will be offered to the eligible students.

NEET PG Cut off
Applicants have to obtain marks equal to the NEET PG cutoff 2024. It is the minimum marks that are mandatory to score by the candidate. Else, he/she will not be considered qualified for the counselling. Cut off will be published after the exam by the National Board of examination.
It is expected that NEET PG 2024 Cutoff will be tough as this year more number of students will take part in the exam after the overcoming the fear of COVID-19 Pandemic. Students will get some relaxation in cutoff if he/she is physically handicapped.

NEET PG Important Dates 2024
The National Board of Examination has issued the notice over conducting the exam. According to the official notification, NEET PG Exam 2024 will be conducted on 18 April 2024. Apart from this, the registration process of the exam is expected to be open in the last week of January and will come to an end in the last week of Feb.
