TS PGECET Exam 2026

TS PGECET 2026 is an entrance exam for admission into M.E., M.Tech., M.Pharmacy, and Pharm.D (Post Baccalaureate) courses in Telangana. The exam will be conducted from June 2026 (Tentative). The admit card will be released on June 2026 (Tentative). The answer key is expected in June 2026*, and the result will be announced in June 2026*. Counselling will begin from August 2026*.

The application process will start on March 2026*, and the last date to submit the form is May 2026*. A correction window will be available from May 2026*.

Students with a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) are eligible to apply. The application fee is INR 1100 for General/OBC and INR 600 for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

TS PGECET Admit Card 2026

 The TS PGECET admit card 2026 expected date will be released on June 2026*. The admit card is an essential document that the candidate needs to carry to the examination centre. Along with this, the candidates need to bring a valid original photo ID proof along with the admit card. TS PGECET Answer Key 2026

Since the TS PGECET exam is set to happen from June 2026*, the answer key is yet to be released. Once the exam is over, the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will release the preliminary answer key on the official website within three weeks. TS PGECET Counselling and Seat Allotment Process 2026

Step 5: Reporting to Allotted College: Candidates who have been allotted a seat will need to report to their allotted college with the required documents and pay the admission fee. 

TS PGECET Pattern Marking Scheme 2026

The TS PGECET 2026 will be conducted online from June 2026*, and it will be a computer-based test. There will be 120 questions in the question paper, each with four options, and the candidates will have to choose the correct one. The exam is for 2 hours or 120 minutes only. There is no negative marking, and all the correct answers will get one mark each.

These are some of the eligibility criteria that the candidates applying for the TS PGECET exam must fulfill:

  • Nationality: Candidates applying for the exam must be Indian nationals. They also need to be residents of either Andhra Pradesh or Telangana.
    • Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in engineering, pharmacy, or architecture from a recognised university. Along with this, if candidates are applying for M.Arch, candidates must have qualified for GATE. Whereas, candidates applying for M.Pharm must have qualified for GPAT.
    • Age Limit: There is no age limit for the exam. However, candidates must be 21 years of age at the time of admission.
  • Minimum Marks: Candidates applying for the exam must have 50% (45% for SC/ST) in their qualifying exam.
