TS PGECET Application Form 2025: Registration, Important Dates & Correction Window


The TS PGECET application form for the 2025 -26 session was available from 17 March to 19 May 2025 without any late fee applicable to it. While the students had time till 2 June 2025 to submit the application form with a late fee of INR 5000 applicable to it. Candidates were also provided with a correction window from 22 May to 24 May 2025 to edit any errors made in the application form. The TS PGECET Admit card was released on 7 June 2025.

The TS PGECET Exam is scheduled from 16 June to 19 June in a computer-based format. Interested candidates need to complete their bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized university. The application fee ranges from INR 600 to INR 1100, depending on the category of the candidates. 

The Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET) is a state-level entrance exam conducted annually by Osmania University on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). It offers admission to postgraduate programs such as M.E., M.Tech, M.Pharmacy, and MBA in various colleges across Telangana.

TS PGECET Application Form 2025

The TS PGECET application form was released on the official website and was closed on 19 March 2025. The TS PGECET exam for the 2025-26 session is scheduled from 16 June to 19 June 2025, featuring 120 multiple-choice questions to be attempted in 2 hours. Candidates had to submit their application forms by 02 June 2025 with a late fee of INR 5000 applicable to it. The application fee was INR 1100 for general students and INR 600 for SC/ST/PwD students. The Admit Card, released on 7 June 2025, can be accessed by applicants by logging in with their credentials on the official website. The results are expected to be declared in July 2025.

How to fill out the TS PGECET Application Form 2025 

Candidates need to follow these steps to fill out the application form correctly: 

Step 1: Visit the official TS PGECET website.

Step 2: Click on the “Application Fee Payment” link 

Step 3: Enter basic details such as hall ticket number, name, DOB, mobile number, email, category, and qualifying degree.

Step 4: Complete the payment through online mode using a debit card/credit card, or net banking.

Step 5: Check payment status by using the hall ticket number and mobile number to verify the payment status.

Step 6: Initiate the application process by clicking on the “Fill Application Form” link. 

Step 7: Enter the payment reference ID and other required details to initiate the process

Step 8: A new window for the application process will open. Now fill in personal, academic, and contact information, and select your preferred test centres.

Step 9: Upload scanned copies of a recent passport-size photograph and signature in the specified format and size.

Step 10: Submit the form and download it for further reference.

  • Class 10th hall ticket (for DOB proof)

  • Recent passport-size photo (JPG, <50 KB)
  • Scanned signature (JPG, <30 KB)

TS PGECET Application Correction Window

The correction window for the TS PGECET 2025 application form was open from May 22 to May 24, 2025. During this period, candidates could rectify any errors in their application forms. 

During the TS PGECET 2025 application process, candidates are given a limited window to make corrections to their submitted forms. This correction window allows applicants to update certain details to ensure accuracy before the final submission. However, not all fields are open for modification; some critical information remains locked to maintain the integrity of the application.
