AIIMS Paramedical Application Form 2025: The AIIMS Paramedical Application Form 2025 is the first step for candidates aspiring to pursue undergraduate paramedical courses at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences. The application process is conducted online via aiimsexams.ac.in and consists of two stages: Basic Registration and Final Registration. The application for basic registration started on 8th April, and the last date for registration was 7th May 2025. The final registration started from 17th April with the deadline of 16th May 2025

Basic Registration includes creating a profile and uploading documents, while Final Registration requires generating a unique code, paying the application fee, and submitting the completed form.

AIIMS Paramedical Application Form 2025 

The registration for AIIMS Paramedical 2025 has been released by the conducting authority, AIIMS, New Delhi, on its official exam portal. Candidates interested in filling out the application form can access it easily online. Candidates who fill the basic registration form will be provided with a registration ID and Password, using which they can fill the final registration form. 

Candidates are advised to fill the application form before the deadline and double-check the form before submitting to avoid errors in the application form. Note that any mistake in the application form can lead to the disqualification of the candidate. 

Note that the AIIMS Para medical Course exam that was scheduled to take place from 2th June 2025 is now postponed and rescheduled to 13th July 2025. This will affect the announced date for result as well which was about to be announced on 4th July earlier.

The application for AIIMS Para medical courses is done in 2 parts. Where, for basic registration, there is no application fee required, and for final registration, a nominal fee varying from INR 1600 to INR 2000 is required.

Step 4: Generate Unique Code: Once accepted, log in and generate a unique registration code for your course.

Step 5: Final Registration: Fill in academic details, choose your exam city, upload required documents, and pay the application fee.

AIIMS Paramedical 2025 Documents Required 

To successfully complete the AIIMS Paramedical 2025 application, candidates must upload specific documents during both the Basic and Final Registration stages. Ensure that these documents are correct and up to date to avoid any kind of inconvenience later.

AIIMS Paramedical 2025 Application Correction Window

The AIIMS Paramedical 2025 Application Correction Window allows candidates to fix mistakes in their submitted application forms. This correction facility was open from 9th to 12th May 2025, shortly after the final registration that closed on May 15, 2025. In this period, Candidates could log in to the official website aiimsexams.ac.in using their credentials to make changes.

During the correction window, candidates can edit details such as personal information, academic records, and uploaded images (like a photo, signature, or thumb impression). However, there are some non-editable fields too that can't be changed, like email ID or mobile number, which might be locked. It’s important to follow the instructions provided on the website and ensure that all corrections meet the required specifications.

After making corrections, candidates should recheck the form and download the updated version for their records. Candidates are advised to keep a copy of the corrected form for future reference, especially during the admit card download and counselling.
