The PhD course application dates are expected to start on August 1, 2025, and the last date is September 30, 2025 (Tentative). For PhD course admission, students should pass the entrance tests (UGC- NET) and score a minimum of 50% marks in their PG degree.

CCSU offers PhD programs in Physics, Zoology, Microbiology, Toxicology, Journalism and Mass Communication, Education, Genetics, Plant Breeding, etc.

The PhD scholars are required to pay INR 1,800 per annum for non-practical courses and INR 2,400 for practical programs. The admission fee for the PhD course is INR 20 for the academic session 2025-2026.

CCSU Admission Eligibility Criteria 2025

UG Programs:

Complete 10+2 with a minimum passing score of 45% from a recognised board with relevant subjects.
For admissions to B.P.Ed, the entrance test and physical fitness test are conducted by the university.

PG Programs:

For the postgraduate degree courses, students are required to hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 45% to 50% in relevant subjects.
Candidates applying for the M.Ed and LLM programs must clear the university entrance test, followed by the counselling round.

Diploma/Certificate:
