CLAT 2026 Grievance Notice Out: Candidates Can Submit Grievances Online Till Dec 24
The Consortium of National Law Universities has established a Grievance Redressal Committee to receive, examine, and resolve grievances raised by candidates in connection with the Common Law Admission Test 2026 (CLAT 2026). However, the Committee will not investigate or consider grievances related to any issues in the final answer keys published on the website.
Candidates can submit their grievances related to the totalling or computation of marks, if they face issues during registration for counselling, any issues related to the seat matrix, infrastructure, and facilities at examination centres, or conduct or treatment by invigilators at the examination centres.
Likewise, the grievance portal will be open from 17th December 2025, 5:00 PM to 24th December 2025. No grievance will be entertained after 24th December 2025.
How to File CLAT 2026 Grievance Online
Candidates who want to submit any grievances related to the CLAT Exam 2026 must submit them through the Online grievance portal only. Any other grievance through email, telephone calls, or support tickets raised on the portals shall not be acted upon. Below is a step-by-step explanation of how to file a grievance by the candidates:
Step 1: Candidates need to log in to the student portal using their valid credentials.
Step 2: Then, they must click on the ‘Submit Grievance’ option that is provided on the dashboard.
Step 3: Candidates must specify the nature and category of their grievance.
Step 4: They must provide a clear description of their grievance, and it should not exceed 1,000 characters.
Step 5: Students must upload all the relevant documents, if any.
Step 6: Complete and submit the declaration and submit the grievance by clicking on the ‘Submit’ button.
Candidates don’t need to pay any fee for the grievance that they are raising on the portal. They must also make sure that they do not lodge multiple grievances in respect of the same issue. Candidates will be given ample opportunity to raise objections related to the CLAT 2026 exam. All the objections will be carefully reviewed by the Subject Experts Committee and will later be checked by the Oversight Committee.
