HP Board Exams 2026: HPBOSE Class 10 & 12 Timetables Out, Exams to Commence March 3
Himachal Pradesh School Education Board (HPBOSE) has announced the date sheets of Class 10 and Class 12 for the 2026 board exams, and tests will be initiated on 3 March 2026. The Class 10 exams will end on 28 March 2026 and the Class 12 exams will be finished on 1 April. The board has released the schedules for regular students as well as State Open School (SOS) candidates for annual, compartment, improvement, and additional subjects.
For Class 10, the tests will start with English and finish with Social Science. For Class 12, the first exam will be Sanskrit, and the last one will be Music. Besides, the Class 12 practical exams, including the accountancy project for both regular and SOS students, are going to be held before the theory exams, from 20 to 28 February 2026, at their schools or the centres where they have been allotted.
Students are advised to communicate with their school principal to get the details of the practical exams on or before 18 February 2026. The schools will internally conduct practical exams for NSQF vocational subjects as per the SPD (ISSE) schedule.

HPBOSE Class 12 Schedule is provided for the exam session from March 3 to April 1, 2026, with exam timings from 9:45 AM to 1:00 PM in a single shift. The Practical exams will be held at schools from February 20 to 28, 2026.
