IIM Amritsar MBA admission starts with the CAT exam scores, after which the shortlisted candidates go through a personal interview. Stage 1- Pre-Personal Interview Process

1. Eligibility- Only candidates who have appeared for the CAT exam and meet the basic eligibility criteria are considered.
2. First Shortlist- Candidates must score above the minimum cut-off in each section and overall in CAT. They must also have a positive raw score in all sections.
3. Weightage for Pre-PI Score

IIM Amritsar Courses 2026

The IIM Amritsar offers a range of management programs for students and professionals. The main course that it offers is the MBA, which includes specialisations in Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT & Analytics, Human Resources, and Strategy. IIM Amritsar Cutoff 2025

The IIM Amritsar cutoff is based on scores of CAT, and different categories have different cutoffs depending upon various factors. For the general and EWS categories, the overall cutoff is around 90 percentile. The OBC students need about 80 percentile while SC and ST cutoffs are much lower at around 55 and 40, respectively.
