IIT Delhi Opens Registration for Certificate Programme in Applied Data Science and Artificial Intelligence

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has opened applications for Batch 3 of its Certificate Programme in Applied Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. The program is offered under the Continuing Education Programme (CEP). The 24 week online programme aims to provide learners with practical skills in data science and artificial intelligence. It covers topics from basic programming to deploying real-world solutions using modern tools and methods. The programme also includes practical projects to help candidates apply their learning to Python programming, data handling and exploratory data analysis. This programme covers machine learning methods such as regression, classification, clustering and dimensionality reduction. Advanced topics are also included like deep learning, reinforcement learning and natural language processing. 

Program Highlights: This is a 24-week online programme for working professionals. It covers basic to advanced concepts of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence with live classes and practical training.

Certifications: Candidates will receive an e-certificate from CEP IIT Delhi after completing the programme. A Participation Certificate is given to candidates who have at least 50% attendance. Successful Completion Certificate is issued to candidates who have at least 50% attendance and a minimum of 50% overall marks.

Eligibility Criteria for Certificate Programme in Applied Data Science and AI

• Graduates or diploma holders who have completed 10+2+3 from a recognized university can apply.
• Students from computer science, IT, electronics, electrical engineering, physics or related fields are preferred.
• Students who are currently studying in a graduate course are also eligible.

Admission for Certificate Programme in Applied Data Science and AI

The admission process is currently ongoing. Admission to the certificate programme is completed through an online application process on the official CEP IIT Delhi portal, as updated by getadmissioninfo. The application fee is INR 1,180. Interested candidates must fill out the application form and upload all required documents. Selection is based on the eligibility criteria, and the application form is reviewed by the CEP IIT Delhi programme team.
