JEE Main 2026 Correction Window Open: Check Important Fee Details & Steps to Edit Your Application

The National Testing Agency has started the JEE Main 2026 Session 1 form correction facility today. Candidates who have registered for the exam can update their application details from 1 December to 2 December 2025 until 11:50 PM. This 2-day correction window is provided for all applicants to fix errors in their registration form before the exam scheduled between 21 and 30 January 2026.


Candidates are required to log in at the official JEE Main Exam website with the help of their application number and password. After this correction window closes, no changes will be allowed under any circumstances.

Step-by-Step Guide on How to Edit JEE Main 2026 Application Form

Below are the simple steps to edit the JEE Main application form:

Step 1: Go to the official website at https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/

Step 2: Under the latest news section, click on the Correction Window for JEE (Main) 2025 link.

Step 3: Now tap on the Red link named JEE(Main)-2026 Session-1 Correction Window.

Step 4: In the next step, log in using your credentials.

Step 5: Edit your application form, make all the required changes and submit it after reviewing everything twice.

JEE Main 2026 Form Correction Fee Details

While a candidate is editing his/her application form, adding papers or changing category/gender requires them to pay additional fees. They can pay these fees using a credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI. The details for the applicable fees are given below:
