JEE Main 2026 Jan 23 Exam Postponed in West Bengal: NTA Issues Update
According to the latest updates by NTA, the JEE Main 2026 session 1 exam, which was earlier scheduled to be held on 23rd January 2026, has been postponed in West Bengal due to Saraswati Puja. This decision has been taken after NTA received multiple requests from candidates and parents regarding the clash between the JEE Main exam date and one of the most significant festival, Saraswati Puja, which holds great importance in West Bengal. However, this decision is solely for the candidates appearing for the JEE Main examination in West Bengal and won’t affect the exam date for the students in other states.
