JEECUP Exam Application Form 2025: The JEECUP exam application form 2025 was released on January 15, 2025, on the official website, and the last date to submit the form was May 20, 2025. Candidates have to fill out the application form for the exam to be eligible for the counselling process conducted by the institute for taking admission. Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh is a state-level entrance exam for admissions into polytechnic institutions across the state of Uttar Pradesh. It helps candidates secure seats in diploma courses in Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Management, Fashion Design, and Textile Design. 

JEECUP Application Form 2025

The application process for the JEECUP Exam 2025 was started by the Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh with the release of its application forms on January 15, 2025, and the application process ended on May 20, 2025. JEECUP kept the application process entirely online for the JEECUP Exam 2025. The application fee was different according to the category of candidates. For candidates of the General/OBC category, it was kept at INR 300, and for the SC/ST category, it was kept at INR 200. 

To be eligible for the JEECUP Exam 2025, candidates were required to upload necessary documents such as scanned passport-sized photographs, scanned signatures, and certificates. Candidates were required to visit the official website of JEECUP to fill out the form, and were required to enter personal details and academic details, and pay the registration fee. The accepted modes of payment for the payment of application fees were credit card/debit card/net banking, and UPI. Since the application window has been closed by the JEECUP, no more candidates are eligible to apply for the JEECUP Exam 2025.

How To Fill Out The JEECUP Exam 2025 Application Form 

The Application forms for the JEECUP Exam 2025 were officially started by JEECUP on January 15, 2025, and ended on May 20, 2025. Candidates who wished to appear for the exam had to visit the official website of JEECUP and fill out the form available online on the website. Candidates were also required to upload the necessary documents while filling out the application form. 

While filling the application form for JEECUP 2025, if the candidates had made a mistake and wanted to correct it, JEECUP allowed the amendments via its objection window that was opened from May 1, 2025, to May 20, 2025. Candidates were allowed to make corrections such as category, date of birth, gender, name, and exam centre.

Mentioned below are the steps that candidates used for filling out the application form:

1. Visit the official website of JEECUP.
2. Click on the tab Application form.
3. Candidates were required to log in using their application number and password. 
4. Enter the details 
5. Click on the submit button. 

The objection window was only open till May 20, 2025, and no corrections were entertained by JEECUP post this date. 

Document Required: Application Forms

During the submission of Application forms for the JEECUP Exam 2025, candidates were also required to submit scanned copies of documents. The list of documents expected to be submitted by the candidates is listed below:

• A scanned photograph on which the date and name are printed.
• A scanned signature in JPG format.
• Marksheet and Passing Certificate of Class Xth. 
• Caste Certificate, if applicable.
• Pwd Certificate, if applicable.
• Payment details of the candidate. 

The scanned signature and photograph were accepted in the JPG format only. 

JEECUP Exam 2025 Application Form Correction Window 

JEECUP opened the objection window for the correction of application forms from May 1 to May 20, 2025. Candidates were allowed to edit details such as names, category, gender, exam centre, and qualification details. Candidates who wanted to make corrections in their application forms were required to visit the official website of JEECUP. Go to the tab for Application form correction. Log in by using the Registration number and password, make the changes and submit the form. It was to be kept in mind by the candidates that no corrections were allowed to be made once the objection window for the application forms was closed.
