LIBA Admission 2026: Loyola Institute of Business Administration offers postgraduate and doctoral programs like the PGDM Full-Time, PGDM Weekend, PGP and Doctoral Programmes. Course fees vary from the range of INR 3 lakh to 18 lakh per course, depending on which course the student chooses to take.

LIBA Admission 2026
Loyola Institute of Business Administration(LIBA) has opened admissions to its students for PGDM(Full-Time and Weekend) & PGP, Executive Diploma, and Management programs. Those students who wish to take admission can apply by visiting the official website. Students must appear in competitive exams like CAT, XAT, or LAT with a valid mark for admission. The CAT entrance exam will be conducted on 30th November 2025.
Candidates who are applying for admission must have cleared graduation from recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks. The final selection for admission is based on the mark of the entrance exam, academic performance, work experience, group discussion, and interview performance. Candidates can choose any course of their interest from PGDM, PGP and Doctoral Program.
LIBA PG Admission 2026
To get admission in the PGDM, Executive Diploma in Management or any other postgraduate courses offered by LIBA, candidates need to register and appear in the management entrance exam such as CAT which will be conducted on 30th November 2025. Candidates can also appear in XAT or the college-level entrance exam LAT. Only students with a graduation degree from an authorized institute with 50-60% marks are eligible to apply. Afterwards, candidates will be shortlisted based on their CAT score. These shortlisted candidates will then need to participate in a WAT, a group discussion, and an interview round to complete the admission process. LIBA Admission Selection Criteria
The LIBA will select candidates based on their entrance exam score, group discussion, personal interview, written ability test, work experience and extracurriculars. An extra 5 marks will also be given to candidates from the catholic christian community. Among all these components, the entrance exam has the highest influence with 35% weightage. Following that, the personal interview will have around 20% weightage, academic performance has 15% weightage, and work experience has 10% weightage. Rest of the elements, such as the group discussion, WAT and extracurriculars, have 5% weightage each.
LIBA Eligibility Criteria
To get admission to the postgraduate courses offered by the Loyola Institute of Business Administration, applicants are required to have finished their graduation from an authorized university with a minimum of 60% scores. Apart from that, they also need to clear the minimum cutoff of CAT/XAT for the desired course. For executive-level exams, candidates will also need full-time work experience. Similarly for doctoral-level programs, candidates should have a master’s degree with least 50% marks while passing out. - Postgraduate Diploma: Candidates who wish to take admission in the PGDM full-time and weekend courses should have a minimum of 60% marks in their 10th, 12th, and graduation. They should have completed their 10+2+3 formal education from authorized boards and universities. Apart from that, candidates need to appear in the CAT examination, as having a valid CAT score is compulsory to secure admission to the Loyola Institute of Business Administration.
- Executive Diploma / PGP: To get admission to the executive diploma in management or PGP courses in logistics, sustainability, and circular economy that are offered by the institute, students need to have completed their graduation from a recognized university with at least 50% marks scored. They also need to appear in entrance exams such as CAT and XAT. Once their results are out, candidates need to use those scores to apply for the program offered by the LIBA.
- Doctoral / Research: The university offers doctoral and fellow programs that candidates can enroll in if they have a master's degree in the respective field from a recognized university. Candidates must have scored at least 55% marks to be qualified for the result.
LIBA Admission Process 2026
The admission process for PGDM admission in LIBA consists of elements such as CAT/XAT score, registration, group discussion, written test and personal interview. Candidates who qualify for the minimum section-wise cutoff of CAT will be called for the group discussion, written test, and personal interview. Then, once all these stages are over, LIBA will make a provisional merit list of selected candidates for the interview. The candidate needs to accept this offered admission, verify documents and pay the annual fee to confirm the admission. The step-by-step guide to the LIBA PGDM admission process is mentioned below.
Step 1: Candidates must be eligible to get admission to the PGDM course at LIBA. The eligibility criteria set by the institute require candidates to have a graduation degree with a minimum of 60% marks.
Step 2: Candidates need to appear in entrance exams, such as CAT and XAT, to apply for admission to the Loyola Institute of Business Administration.
Step 3: Once the entrance exam results are declared, candidates need to register on the official website of LIBA. This will require the candidates to enter their basic personal details and entrance exam ID.

Step 9: Qualified candidates need to accept this provisional admission offer and get their documents verified to lock the seat.

LIBA Courses Offered
The most popular courses offered by the Loyola Institute of Business Administration are full-time PGDM, PGP in Sustainability and Circular Economy, Executive Diploma in Management and Fellow Programme in Management. LIBA Cut-off
To get admission to LIBA, candidates need to clear this year’s CAT and XAT section-wise cutoff for the desired course. Candidates from the Catholic Christian community will get some relaxation in these cutoffs. The overall XAT cutoff for admission to the institute is expected to be around 75 for the general category students and 50 for the catholic students. For CAT, the cutoff is expected to be at 80 for general category students and 60 for catholics or Christians.
