MAIT Admission 2026: Course, Fee, Cutoff, Placements, Ranking
Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology (MAIT) is a well-known engineering college located in Delhi, India, established in the year 1999. MAIT Eligibility
Admission in MAIT Delhi will be invited on the basis of JEE Main Exam Rank, but apart from this, students have to fulfil the admission eligibility criteria mentioned below.
Academic- Applicants should obtain at least 50 to 55% marks in higher secondary board exam from Science Stream (PCM). English should be the main subject in 12th board.
Entrance exam- JEE Main exam is like an entrance exam for BTech admission here. The college will not conduct any entrance test separately from this.
On the other hand, for MBA Admission 2022, Students must hold at least 50% marks in graduation from a valid university
Note- Deaf and blind candidates are not eligible for BTech Admission in MAIT.
MAIT Admission 2026
The MAIT admission 2026 for undergraduate (B.Tech) and postgraduate (MBA) programs is conducted through GGSIPU’s centralized counseling system. For B.Tech, students must appear for the JEE Main exam, while MBA admissions are based on CAT, CMAT, or IPU CET scores. Once students have the required entrance exam scores, they must apply through the GGSIPU online admission portal by filling out the application form and paying the registration fee. Admission is granted based on merit, entrance exam ranks, and the choices filled during counseling.
Step-by-Step Guide to Apply for MAIT Admission
Step 1. Students need to appear for entrance exams such as JEE Mains, NATA, and other required exams accepted by the university.
Step 2. Register on the GGSIPU admission portal at ipu.admissions.nic.in by entering an email ID.
Step 3. Fill out the B.Tech application form by entering personal and educational details such as name, parents names, gender, DOB, class 10 and 12th marksheet, etc.
Step 4. Upload all the required documents in the specified format given by the university.
Step 5. Select the preferred course and the entrance exam details.
Step 6. Pay the application fee using an online payment gateway.
Step 7. Download the application form to carry it to the counselling process.
Step 8. Participate in the online counseling and select MAIT as your preferred college.

MAIT Cut off
MAIT Cut Off is the minimum required marks to offer B.tech Admission. MAIT Cutoff 2025 is expected to be tough from MAIT Cut off 2025 as many students did not attend the JEE Main exam. Cut off in 2019 was between 15000 to 1,00,000 as some relaxation for students belongs to Delhi.
