MAT Application Form 2025: The MAT Application Form 2025 for the December session will be available online for candidates aspiring to pursue management programs at leading business schools across India. Registration can be completed through the official AIMA website at mat.aima.in. The last date to apply for the Paper-Based Test (PBT) is December 7, 2025, while the Computer-Based Test (CBT) application deadline is December 15, 2025.

If students are eligible, make sure to fill out the form on time and pay the application fee before the deadline. The MAT 2025 application fee is INR 2200 if you choose either PBT or CBT. However, if you want to appear for both modes, you will need to pay an extra INR 1600.

Students choosing to appear for both the PBT and CBT modes of examination will have the authority to select 7 management institutes, while appearing for the single mode allows only 5 choices. To pay the application fee, candidates must register themselves online on the official website with online payment methods such as credit card, debit card, UPI, Paytm wallet, and net banking. 

MAT December Application Form 2025 

The MAT December application form 2025 can now be accessed on the official MAT website at mat.aima.in. The MAT registration form 2025 will opened, and will remain open till December 7, 2025 for PBT mode, and December 15, 2025 for CBT mode, respectively. Candidates will have the option to choose from either the PBT or CBT mode of examination, or they can even choose to appear for both exam modes. Candidates must understand that the applications will be considered complete only after the registration fee has been paid online via payment methods. 

Before starting the MAT December 2025 application form, candidates should keep a valid email ID, a scanned passport-size photo, a scanned signature, and an online payment option ready. During the form-filling process, applicants will also be required to choose the institutions to which they have applied or plan to apply for admission.

MAT Application Fee 2025

The MAT December 2025 application fee is INR 2200 for the PBT or CBT mode of examination. Applying for either of the programs will make the candidate eligible to select 5 management institutes. However, if the candidate is interested in appearing for both modes of examination, he/she will have the option to select 7 management institutes. The application fee for the PBT + CBT mode of examination is INR 3800. 

How to fill out the MAT Application Form 2025?

Here’s the step-by-step guide to fill out the MAT application form 2025.

Step 1: Visit the official MAT website. @mat.aima.in

Step 2: Under the ‘MAT Registration’ tab, fill out the candidate’s details like name, email address, mobile number, state, city, and a password. 

Step 3: Enter the captcha code and click on the ‘Register’ button.

Step 4: Refresh the page and log in with the registered email address/phone number and password. 

Step 5: Click on the MAT 2025 Application Form.

Step 6: Select the 1st Test Mode, 1st Test Date, 1st Test City Preference 1, and 1st Test City Preference 2. 

Step 7: If you wish to apply for another mode, select ‘Yes’ under the ‘Do You Want to Apply for Another Mode of Test’.

Step 8: Select the second test mode, test date, test city preference 1, and test city preference 2. 

Step 9: Select your disability if you are a PwD. If not, select ‘No’ and click ‘Next’.

Step 10: Fill out the personal details like title, name, date of birth, gender, email ID, and mobile number. 

Step 11: Read the important instructions for uploading the photograph and signature.

Step 12: Upload your photo and signature, and click ‘Next’.

Step 13: Pay the application fee and submit the application form. 

MAT Application Form Documents Required 

To apply for the MAT December 2025 exam, candidates must have the following documents ready:

• Passport-size photograph
• Scanned copy of signature
• Graduation marksheet 
• Intermediate marksheet
• Class 10th marksheet
• A valid ID proof approved by the government
• Online payment methods such as credit card, debit card, UPI details, and internet banking details.
