OUAT UG Application Form 2025: The OUAT UG application form was released on 18 March 2025 and closed on 24 April 2025. Similarly, form B was available from 22 May 2025 to 10 June 2025. The examination was scheduled to be held on 2 June 2025 & 3 June 2025 had to visit the official website of OUAT to apply for the examination. 

To apply, candidates had to fill out the OUAT UG application form available on the official website and pay the application fee of INR 2000. The application form for the candidates who passed out of Agro-polytechnic was available from 14 May 2025 to 30 May 2025 and their examination will be held on 7 July 2025. 

OUAT UG Application Form 2025

The Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) released its Undergraduate (UG) application form A on 18 March 2025. This application period remained open until 24 April 2025. Following that, Form B was made available to candidates from 22 May 2025 to 10 June 2025. The examination is scheduled to take place on 2 June 2025 and 3 June 2025. OUAT UG 2025 Application Fee 

To apply for the OUAT UG courses, candidates need to fill out the application form and pay the application fee by 25 April 2025. The OUAT UG exam fee costs INR 2000. Candidates can pay the application fee through UPI, net banking, and debit/credit cards. 

Agro-polytechnic passed candidates need to pay the application form fee by 31 May 2025. Once candidates pay the application fee, the application process will be completed, and they will be able to appear in the OUAT UG examination on 2 & 3 June 2025.

Guide to Completing the OUAT UG Application Form 2025

To fill out the OUAT UG application form, candidates should follow these steps: 

Step 1. Head to the official OUAT website at ouat.ac.in.

Step 2. Look for the “OUAT UG Application form 2025”.

Step 3. Firstly, Candidates must fill in their details in Form-A of the OUAT entrance exam, including their Aadhaar Number, Email ID, Mobile Number, Category, etc. 

Step 4. Upload the required documents (photograph, signature, educational qualification certificates).

Step 5. Submit the application form and read it carefully.

Step 6. Lastly, candidates need to pay the application fee online through net banking or a debit/credit card.

Step 7. Then just submit the application form and print it for future requirements. 

OUAT UG 2025 Document Required

OUAT UG Application Correction Window 2025

The correction window for the OUAT UG application form will be open till the last date of the form filling; after that, the details mentioned in the application form will be considered final. Candidates can edit the details filled in the application form, including the candidate’s name, contact information, email address, qualifications, etc. Remember that after the closing of the correction window, candidates won’t be able to make any changes to the application form. So, make sure that the details mentioned in the application form are correct and updated, as they can result in the disqualification of the student.
