A Deemed University called Siksha 'O' Anusandhan (SOA) University is situated in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. NAAC reaccredited SOA University and gave it a "A++" rating. Using the most recent NIRF rankings, SOA was placed 37th in India in 2021. It provides various UG and PG courses in the following disciplines: engineering, medicine, dentistry, law, management, and pharmacy. In the same fields, the university also offers doctoral degrees. The Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University Admission Test (SAAT), administered by the university itself, is the basis for admission to all courses.
